Do you sell products directly?
No. FashionToWorld is a discovery platform. When you find something you like, we link you to the official brand or retailer where you complete your purchase. Any questions about orders, shipping, or returns are handled by that retailer.
An order I placed hasn't arrived — can you help?
Because purchases happen on the retailer's own site, they hold your order details. Please contact the store you bought from directly. If you're not sure who that was, email us and we'll help you figure it out.
How do I list my brand on FashionToWorld?
